So… you’re a Satyr, that’s pretty cool. Is it true what they say, do you hate Night Elves?

Hate? No, no… “Hate”, that’s a strong word… It’s not hatred. It’s pittance. Yes, yes! I -pity- them. Do you even realise who these people used to be? What they were capable of? Everything. We held the world. A great empowerment was within their reach! But alas, they gave it all up. Everything. The Night Elves are nothing now. A frail husk. A powerless shadow of their former selves. I hate them.

You all look pretty villainous, are you the worst out of the bunch?

Worst of the bunch? Mmrgh, fine, perhaps. Villainous? I prefer… cunning. Yes, cunning! I am no villain. Don’t give me that look, whelp! I am no villain! The others… they are the ones you should fear of, yes, yes… the Murloc. Of course, he seems innocent at first – glancing, and muttering, and Mmmrgrgmmgrl’ing, and what not! But you need to see him when he’s angry, yes… when provoked, the spark is ignited, and the thick fires of rage begin to spread within him… that’s a sight even -I- cannot behold… And the magician? That bloody charlatan, that… wretch! That heathen! Hopping around with his shiny deck of cards – which -must- be enchanted, mind you – tipping his hat and bowing oh-so-graciously, showing off his good looks all the while. That’s not ‘Wizardry’ – That’s VILLAINY!

What’s your goal in life, Satirical Satyr?

My goal? — Ehm, well.. there isn’t really a ‘goal’, you see. Agh, here we go with that petty look again! Stop it! There is no goal! No goal you should hear of, anyway… Fine, fine! Damn you… I’ll give you a hint: once I set my plan in motion, you will FEEL it on your very flesh… Teehehe…

Of your own characters, which is your favourite – and why?

My favorite character used to be Balgoss Foyer, the seemingly frail Gilnean wizard. Why? He’s bitter. Bitter characters are always fun to play, and I love performing as these characters both in WoW RP, when I act in-real-life, and, of course – In LARP. Which leads me straight to the next question…

Do you only roleplay on World of Warcraft?

No, I do not only roleplay on World of Warcraft. In fact, I used to roleplay (or act, essentially the same thing), some time before WoW. I’m studying drama and theatre, so acting and roleplaying was not something I was not accustomed to prior to roleplaying on WoW. Also, I LARP. Yes, I’m one of those geeks who fight with sponge swords. Through the years I learned that doing what you think is right is the right thing; And it’s really not on such a deep level as it sounds, it’s actually pretty straightforward; I enjoy acting, LARPing and roleplaying. It fulfills me. I don’t give a damn about people who find it bizzare, because they’re the ones who are missing all the fun, while I get to play a level 12 Elven Wizard! But again, what I’m saying here isn’t one of those “be yourself” shenanigans; people who want to RP and want to enjoy it to the fullest will -have- to stop taking what other people are thinking about them as a factor. It’s not important. If you enjoy it, do it.

Which item in World of Warcraft do you wish was real?

Quite torn between[Barov Servant Caller], the trinket (which is no longer in the game, mind you!) that summons a cadre of servants to your side, and the famous [Orb of Deception], which turns you into a different race. I think I’ll have to go with Barov Servant Caller for it’s value as an in-game relic, and because… c’mon, man. Servants. Free servants. For like, a whole minute!
